TORONTO — Pascal Siakam is doing his best to make the most of the extra time he’s had over the NBA’s all-star break. The Toronto Raptors forward spent the past week in Phoenix, working on his skill development with assistant coach Rico Hines and other members of his team. Siakam said he’s been focused on improving his shooting and playmaking, as well as getting stronger and more explosive. .
