**Marseille, France** – Kaporal, the iconic French denim label, has appointed Thierry Perusat as its new president, effective January 1, 2023.
Perusat brings a wealth of experience in the fashion industry to his new role. For the past 15 years, he has held various leadership positions at SMCP, where he was instrumental in the growth and development of the Sandro, Maje, and Claudie Pierlot brands.
As president of Kaporal, Perusat will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including strategy, product development, marketing, and distribution. He will work closely with the Kaporal team to continue the brand’s successful expansion in France and internationally.
