Key items include the fishing vest, which features pockets for accessories and more, while the fishing anorak zips up and protects from the elements. A pair of performance pants also convert to shorts via a zip design, “preparing for unpredictable conditions” or to simply “cool off,” said Bait in its Instagram post.
Bait has also reimagined the Columbia Arque sneaker in a salmon colorway. The shoe features a lightweight abrasion-resistant polyurethane rubber outsole built for all conditions, and a suede upper and neoprene bootie with “salmon scales.” Finally, Columbia’s Techlite+ technology provides cushioning and stability for outdoorwear.
Founded in 2013 by Eric Cheng, Bait is a U.S. streetwear and sneaker retail store that first bowed in Diamond Bar, Los Angeles.
It is also the physical store for parent company PickYourShoes.com. Since its inception, Bait has collaborated with the likes of ReebokAsicsSaucony
