Spanx launches pop-up series in New York, D.C., and Miami ahead of London
Shapewear brand Spanx announced on Tuesday the launch of its first-ever experiential retail series.
The retail experience is set to kick off in New York City on October 27, followed by appearances in Washington, D.C. on November 4 and Miami on November 11, respectively.
In particular, the brand, founded by Sara Blakely in 2000, will showcase its extensive collection of wardrobe essentials that blend style with comfort, ensuring women feel empowered and confident for any occasion.
Spanx is also offering guests the opportunity to engage with artwork by Nigerian-Australian artist Nkosi Ndlovu. Nkosi’s piece celebrates the twists and turns that shape the female experience, and guests can experience her work through an interactive art installation while exploring the latest apparel collections.
“This is the first time we’re bringing Spanx apparel to the public with a retail experience,” said chief brand officer Misha Nonoo.
“It’s time. At Spanx, we are driven by our commitment to solving shared wardrobe problems and helping women juggle the many roles they take on every day. We create intuitive designs that let her take on her world, her way.”
Following the pop-up events, Spanx will take its retail experience across the pond to London, where they will set up shop at Selfridges
