Bumpsuit, the maternity clothing brand opens its first pop-up at The Grove in Los Angeles
The celebrity favorite maternity clothing brand, whose fans include Emily Ratajkowski, Elsa Osk and Hilary Rhoda, is opening this Tuesday April 25, its very first store retail store with a pop up at The Grove mall in Los Angeles.
Bumpsuit’s founder, model Nicole Trunfio is excited for the brand’s next chapter. She launched the brand in March 2020 when she was pregnant with her third child and could not find comfortable and chic options that made it easier for pregnant women.
“I am thrilled to bring Bumpsuit to life with our first retail experience at The Grove in Los Angeles,” says Trunfio. “Timed to coincide with the launch of our latest product range, The Armadillo Baby Carrier, and our Bumpsuit community walks, the pop-up is a hub of empowerment and connection. We’ve created an experience to celebrate women, and to help them feel strong, beautiful and supported. Finally pregnancy can be chic too, a place for moms to be.”
Located on the lawn across from Nordstrom
The pop-up pod will be the online brand’s very first physical experience, where customers will be completely immersed in the Bumpsuit world. Customers will be able to shop Bumpsuit’s consistently sold out products from the ultra soft essentials to dresses, shapewear and loungewear as well as the recently launched baby carriers, and postpartum shapewear and swimwear.
The pop-up will open on April 25 until May 24 with many different activities planned for moms, children, and the whole family including a carnival on May 9 and a community walk.
To mark the brand’s pop-up opening, actress Rumer Willis is starring in the brand’s newest campaign, highlighting mothers, that will be used to promote the physical space. This expansion will also coincide with another retail partner launch, Goop who will also be selling the brand’s newest launch of the Armadillo baby carriers.
