**Uniqlo Appoints COO to Support Founder and CEO**
Japanese fast fashion giant Uniqlo has announced the appointment of Osamu Ikezoe as its new chief operating officer (COO). Ikezoe will assume his role on September 1, 2023, and will report directly to Uniqlo founder and CEO Tadashi Yanai.
