VF Corporation, the parent company of brands such as The North Face, Vans, and Timberland, has appointed Karen Leggett, a veteran of Gap Inc., as its new Chief People Officer. Leggett, who most recently served as Gap Inc.’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, will be responsible for leading VF’s global human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement.
Leggett brings over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership to VF Corporation. Prior to her role at Gap Inc., she held senior human resources positions at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and The Walt Disney Company.
