Jessica Simpson is the latest celebrity to get on board with Kim Kardashian’s Skims line. In a mirror selfie shared on Tuesday, April 25, the 42-year-old “Irresistible” singer embraced two fashion trends at once: neon and Barbiecore.
In the photo Simpson is wearing a neon green bikini from SKIMS, the brand cofounded by Kardashian. The upper half of the bikini consists of a triangle top, while the bottom half has ties on each side. She is also holding a matching sarong.
Simpson, who, like Kardashian, gets her ass up and works, also used the opportunity to promote her own shoe brand, Jessica Simpson Collection. She paired the neon green bikini with a pair of chunky neon pink crossover sandals, which add a touch of Barbiecore to the whole look. She wore her long blonde hair down and in a middle part with thematic beachy waves, which helps tie Barbie-on-the-beach look together. “SKIMS Swim + @Jessicasimpsonstyle Shoes = Neon Energy,” she wrote in the caption.

Earlier this month Jessica Simpson opened up to People about how her style has changed over time. “The older I get, I lean into the free-spirited version of myself: connecting my personality with my eccentricities!
