California-based Patagonia makes clothing and gear for what the company calls ‘silent sports’, namely climbing, hiking, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, fly fishing and trail running.

The new range now available includes men’s and women’s clothing and accessories from Patagonia’s Hike and Trail Collections. MD Brett Bannister, said: “As a business, we share many of Patagonia’s principles. It is an exemplar brand when it comes to reducing the impact that the apparel retail supply chain has on the environment. We want to follow its lead in implementing long-term sustainable practices across everything we do.” 

He stressed the retailer’s ambitious objective of becoming the most sustainable running equipment retailer in the world and how its customers are also looking for brands that share those values.

Established in 1982, the retailer’s turnover is approaching £100 million. It carries 149 global running and outdoor brands including AsicsNikeAdidasNew BalanceHaglöfs, Mammut and Rab.
